New Seasalt Cornwall store – Kendal
Proud to complete the new Seasalt fit-out at 7 Stricklandgate in Kendal — our fifth successful project with this fantastic Cornwall-based retailer.
Transforming the former bank into a bright, modern retail environment while retaining and celebrating the building’s original features was a true team effort — with a clear focus on delivering a space in a tight timescale that enabled the retailer to maximise its commercial opportunity and create an exceptional customer experience.
Project Highlights
Fifth collaboration: Continuing our strong partnership with Seasalt Cornwall and delivering another successful retail environment.
Heritage restoration: Uncovered soaring ceilings and historic architectural details in the heart of Kendal, bringing character and authenticity to the store.
Lite design concept: Delivered a refined, contemporary retail canvas that puts the focus firmly on Seasalt’s latest collections.
Commercial focus: A carefully delivered fit-out designed to maximise the retailer’s opportunity from day one.
A huge thank you to Adrian Donald Managing Director, who took the project manager role on this scheme, providing senior leadership and keeping the project moving alongside our busy project management teams. It’s a great example of how, when workloads are high, we pull together as one team to deliver for our clients.
And, of course, huge thanks to our dedicated site teams, subcontractors and the Seasalt retail design group for bringing this gorgeous Lake District location to life — right on schedule and ready to trade.
