In a change from our retail and salon fit outs, Premier Group have enjoyed working Helena and her team fitting out stores in Bournemouth, Witney, and Chichester, as well as small works and maintenance to their existing sites in Horsham. Our involvement starts at the early stages carrying out site surveys before leases are signed to check feasibility and make sure the store can be transformed within the budget. From there we issue initial designs for approval before drawing up the working plans for installation.
Over the years the REC concept has evolved whilst still keeping their fresh approach of sourcing local produce and real food. The stores generally consist of a walnut veneered bar and marble top with black and white tiling and oak flooring. Seating is a mix of fixed banquet seating and tables and chairs. Decoration is subtle in white with the odd splash of colour or wallpaper bringing the café to life.
