TSL

Premier Group were approached by the managing director of TSL to complete the shell and core fit out of their new head office in Denmead following the success of some small bespoke works that we carried out at the his family property. TSL are a rapidly expanding roofing and cladding company turning over 30 million plus PA and we were very happy to be asked to not only negotiate the works but pick up the design for their newly purchased HQ.
The works consisted of a complete strip out of the first floor to include partitioning, ceilings, floor finishes, joinery and MEP. This was a delicate process as the ground floor was occupied by tenants and they continued to work whilst we completed the demolition, this was carried out with careful consideration and liaison with the tenants and working with their diaries to minimise noisy works and disruption.

Internal fit out then followed and this included multi system air conditioning including heat recovery, bespoke LED linear and spot lighting and bespoke AV system to board and meeting rooms all designed by our technical Director.

The internal partitions were a mixture of decorated Gyproc wallboard and matt black aluminium glazed partitions to the MD, finance, meeting and board rooms. Bespoke ceiling features in MF to the glazed offices to help acoustics with the main spaces having a more cost effective lay in grid Flooring was a mixture of ceramic tile, carpet tile and Karndean® to complement the space within.
The area we are most proud of is the bespoke board room as we manufactured a board room table and wall hung joinery to compliment the shape of the room and maximise usage and seats, the walls were finished with a grey and gold polished plaster, the same finish was used in the main reception with a large TSL illuminated sign that we also designed and installed, along with the exterior signage package.

On completion we have now also negotiated the ongoing maintenance for the MEP on the building. We have also now become a working partner of TSL as they expand into the building sector and requested our support on the interior elements to help their growth.
